Dr. Lester holds a Bachelor degree in Kinesiology from Brock University graduating with honours and attaining the status of distinguished graduating student in Kinesiology. Continuing his education at Brock University he attained a Masters degree in Applied Health Sciences specializing in Biomechanics. Graduating from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, Dr. Lester attained clinical honours and won numerous research awards. Currently, Dr. Lester is working on fulfilling the requirements to become a sports specialist chiropractor and Fellow of the College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences.
