Complete Sports Performance (CSP) is the vision of founder and retired professional athlete, Richard Karikari who wanted to give the athletes of Durham a unique opportunity to train in an elite yet welcoming environment, which is not available anywhere else in the region. Richard’s vision began in 2003 when he founded a satellite training company that serviced athletes from the Durham and York regions. As Richard’s training style and methodologies continued to show athletes tremendous results, the need to expand emerged.

In 2008, Richard designed and opened a home training centre.  CSP is a 7000 square foot state-of-the-art athletic training center that is second to none in the region. Richard has brought the finest in athletic training technology and methodology to CSP and takes great pride in continuing to raise the bar in the athletic training industry.
