No matter what sport you play, speed ALWAYS enhances athletic performance. CSP is pleased to offer daily Burst Classes for athletes between 13-17 yrs of age. Classes are 1 hour in length and take place Monday-Thursday evenings and Saturday morning (please contact us for specific details). Registration for this program is ongoing and classes run year round.
