Speed and Agility (Beginner)
The first stage in Athletic Development…

No matter what sport you play, speed ALWAYS enhances athletic performance.  CSP is pleased to offer daily Total Conditioning Classes for athletes between 8-12 yrs of age.  Classes are 1 hour in length and take place Monday-Thursday evenings and Saturday morning (please contact us for specific details).  Registration for this program is ongoing and classes run year round.

CSP Improves:

-    running technique
-    explosive power
-    stride length/stride frequency
-    anaerobic endurance
-    on-field agility/maneuverability
-    posture/body positioning
-    CORE strength
-    total body strength to reduce the risk of joint and tendon injuries
